* VIRTUALKEYBOARD:  fix loadup

* Reorganizing VIRTUALKEYBOARDS as described in #1267

* KEYBOARDEDITOR:  fixed one bug, still is out of step

* Move KEYBOARDCONFIGS KEYBOARDEDIT to library/virtualkeyboards

This collects all files relevant to VIRTUALKEYBOARDS into the same subdirectory
