* ADIR:  prevent segmentation fault on Intel macs

* Move the coercion of STRUCTURE and GENERATION down into UNPACKFILENAME.STRING

It was just in FILENAMEFIELD and FILENAMEFIELD.STRING, I think the coercion should be uniform

...
