* Move PRESS and PRESSFROMNS to obsolete

* Remove PRESS from the loadup

Also moves MULTI-ALIST forward to the beginning of LOADUP-LISP

* BACKGROUNDIMAGES depended on PRESSFILEP, now moved here from PRESS
