Larry Masinter	77d772ae45	Duplicate files cleanup (#403) ... * Duplicate POSTSCRIPT files in LispUsers and LispUsers/POSTSCRIPT * DICOLOR on LispUsers is old version uncompiled 1985; version on internal library is newer * missed PS-TTY in the postscript files * Fix .gitignore no longer need diff filter; remove odd extra ~ file * Verified POSTSCRIPT lispusers subdirectory redundant (not same hash because of EOL.
