Matt Heffron fbf5b06586 Most of the --option uses were incorrectly converted to an en-dash instead of two hyphens when making loadup.1 from loadup.md. 
The en-dash didn't display correctly in the shell, typically as u with ^.
Edited loadup.md, and regenerated the other changed files using publish.sh
