* Substantive changes aimed to improve behavior of secondary selections as mouse moves around the screen, and to make sure the process does not reopen an inactive window after it has been deactivated and closed.

* Line-selection requires a click in the line-select region, just moving the mouse there doesn't change the current selection.

* A few other minor bug fixes
