Subject: [PATCH] Rename TJ6; TJ6.3 RECENT to the original name TJ6; RECENT 3.

The TJ6.3 RECENT file was taken from BAWDEN; AR4 MCGFR, but earlier
backup tapes recorded it under a different name.
