a86a71f2c6 Add missing PART * diagnostics in MAINT. 
The .OLD files may be the original versions.  PART K.OLD is needed to
pass on a KA10.  It checks the KA10 behaviour of AOBJN.  Since most
timestamps are from 1975, maybe the new versions are for checking KL10.

Part H was missing.
