c66f7dc49e "Hack hack" test. 
The 340 interrupt handling uses a special hack.  PDP-10 emulators may
not support this.  See src/maint/hhtest.1 for longer explanation.

f79066ccb8 TST342 - display all Type 342 characters. 
This will run on a PDP-6 or 10 on ITS or out of timesharing.
