0868cf6eaa For KA10, make MAGDMP tape bootable. 
There is no longer any need for a MAGDMP paper tape.

b2f52fc28c Use relative paths for tools in the Makefile. 
This avoids problems when the full path to the build directory has
spaces in it; make needs spaces in target/dependency names to be quoted.
If the paths are all relative, then we only need to use $(CURDIR) (and
quote carefully) when adjusting PATH, etc.

d33a24c218 Update disassembler; it's now more robust. 
Verifies checksums, handles end of file better, symbol table doesn't
have to end with a GLOBAL block.
