7db264dc0d Add more terminal emulators. 
SIMH KS10 gets VT52.  SIMH KL10 gets VT52 and Tekronix.

KLH10 KS10 doesn't have serial ports, so build no terminal emulators.

ceee1a6795 Update PDP-6 simulator. 
The simulator was updated to use SDL2, so SDL1 is no longer needed.

e99721a7e2 Build with Circle CI. 
- Needs the same sudo stub as GitLab.
- Some X11 libraries are required for building with the KA10 simulator.

202c0f9118 Use Ubuntu 14 in Travis build. 
Its autoconf version is good enough to build KLH10, so we don't have
to get it from the dns/gnu PPA.
