dc896af2f9 Update VIEW from version 113. 
With the JCL fix it becomes 114.

749b0480ef Fix VIEW code that deals with JCL. 
The original VIEW used TECO 1171.  Moving this to TECO 1212 we now
need to strip off control characters terminating the JCL.
