f6408e16cb Reconstruct SSV 22 source code. 
The file IMLAC; SSV 52 dated 1973-01-07 was edited to match the Imlac
block loader format file http://www.ubanproductions.com/Imlac/ssv,
which claims to be SSV 22.  SSVMSE 38 from 1977-12-13 was also helpful
in the process.

IMSRC; SSVCHR 22 is entirely from disassembly.  The original file
would have been machine generated by SYMFOR.

2fae7bf7f1 MUSRUN - play music files. 
The PDP-6 must be attached.  Type L and a file name to load it.  Start
the PDP-6 from 0.  Toggle switch 1 on.  Set address switches to 0 to
play from the memory indicator lights.

8d6a95037c KLDCP manual. 
It's too big for KLFEDR to write to the front end file system, so for
now the copy_to_klfe line is commented out.

076b1756aa Copy files to KL10 front end file directory. 
DUMP refuses to write files to the .KLFE. directory, so the -READ-
-THIS- file is stored in .TEMP. on the tape and later moved to .KLFE.
