1ccdabe7bd Use IP address rather than NCP host number. 
This is the same change as in the new IMP with the comment
;; KLH: "fixed" 11/1/99

Not doing this will e.g. make the FTP server fail because it can't
look up its own IP number in the host table.

a26e54b1c4 Copy IMPCTS from KS IMP to old IMP code. 
An IMP will only allow five outstanding messages to a host without
receiving an RFNM message.  The 1985 file SYSTEM; INET 115 had
tracking of RFNM in place.  At some point, the old IMP code was saved
as IMPOLD WTHNCP.  Later the code in INET was moved to the new IMP
file as the routine IMPCTS, but IMPOLD was not updated.

e260091064 Fix bug when two ships collide and simultaneously hit a sun. 
The problem is that the MP1 loop assumes that the object type in the C
accumulator stays constant.  When the ships collide, one is changed to
a fireball, and the other is erased.  When the collision with the sun
is detected, the object type in C is still "ship".  Getting C fresh
each time at MP2 fixes the bug.

416a55a143 Y2K fix for DECUUO's TIME emulation. 
Use RQDATE instead of .RDATE to get the full year.  The previous
version was presumably written in 1972, breaking 28 years later in
2000.  The updated version will stop working in 2052 due to TOPS-10
limiting the returned value to 15 bits.

7929aa3304 DDT should not read from the %TIFUL channel when %TOFCI isn't set. 
Even if %TOFCI isn't set, a %TIFUL channel can return characters with
bucky bits.  A terminal input source such SUPDUP can insert 12-bit
characters with the intelligent terminal protocol, using the ^\ escape
character.

reading/sending facilities. BABYLM provides mail sending.
BABYL is a much improved library over RMAIL.

608902b647 Assemble CLOGO from version 49. 
We previously had HQM; CLOGO BIN dated 1975.  When run, it announces
itself as LOGO.44.  RJL; LOGO 49 has a timestamp from 1973, but
appears to be a later version including turtle graphics on the 340
display.
