d0f58e9f04 Bootstrap binaries for KL ITS.

3a85597a7a DEC KL10 & KI10 basic instruction diagnostics. 
These can be run with DECUUO.  These work on a KA10: DEKAA, DEKAB,
DEKAC, DEKAE, and DEKAF.  DEKAD and DEKAG work on a KS10, but not
DEKAF.

a86a71f2c6 Add missing PART * diagnostics in MAINT. 
The .OLD files may be the original versions.  PART K.OLD is needed to
pass on a KA10.  It checks the KA10 behaviour of AOBJN.  Since most
timestamps are from 1975, maybe the new versions are for checking KL10.

Part H was missing.

96d165436a RMODE - text editor. 
This editor is a collection of TECO macros.  It's one of the forerunners
to EMACS.  It was popular on the DM machine.

82b27d5193 @ LISP binary. 
From Peter Samson's tape labelled "Subway".  Dating unknown.  We know
that a number of Subway hacks were conducted during 1966-1967.  The
binary assumes a 16K core memory.

3c33d988d2 UPTIME - record ITS uptimes. 
Source reconstructed from binary file BAWDEN; UPTIME BIN dated 1986-06-22.

This program is called hourly.  It updates the file BAWDEN; UPTIME
DATA.  Each entry is three words.  The first is the host name.  The
program tries to read the M.F.D. for that host through MLDEV.  If it
responds, the current date and time are written to the next two words.

7caf0cd962 Created source for JEDGAR. 
From disassembly of MOON; TS JEDGAR, dated 1976-10-17.

TS JEDGAR shows signs of multiple layers of binary patching.  No
attempts were made to recreate this process in the build script.

164fbccb5a Add SYS; TS DDT link. 
MONIT 114 expects this to exist so it can invoke DDT.

This follows the AI dump, where it's a link to SYS; ATSIGN DDT.
MAPS shows that on the pre-KS machines it was a link to SYS; ATSIGN
HACTRN, but that would presumably not work if you were using PWORD.

85994ed770 Added files to support building and running Macsyma. 
Resolves #284.

Commented out uses of time-origin in maxtul; mcldmp (init) until we
can figure out why it gives arithmetic overflows under the emulators.

Updated the expect script statements in build_macsyma_portion to not
attempt to match expected strings, but simply sleep for some time
since in some cases the matching appears not to work.
