Lars Brinkhoff 17f42bba32 Update KA10 emulator, fixing SALV halts. 
A problem in the KA10 emulator made DUMP write bad tapes.  In
particular, sometimes a tape mark would be missing.  DUMP ignores this
when reading tapes, as does itstar.  However, SALV would take notice
and halt when TRAN'ing a bad DUMP tape.
