Lars Brinkhoff 0c9864e7e5 LIVE - Phil Budne's PALX Game of Life. 
Runs in 11SIM and SIMH 11/45 mode.  Uses VT52 escape codes, so use a
VT52 capable terminal emulator, or use the CRTSTY option SIMULATE VT52.
