Lars Brinkhoff 0c4bc45cda Update RABBIT, and compile it with itself. 
RABBIT 570 has a (DECLARE (NEWIO T)) form which doesn't go over well
with the latest Maclisp compiler.  The fix is to just delete the
declaration.
