Lars Brinkhoff f2f56bc58c Provide emulated dial-up lines. 
For LMODEM to work, it requires a TTY line to have the %TYDIL dial-up
bit set in TTYTYP.  Only TK-10, Morton, and DTE-20 controllers are
recognized.
