TICTAC Matrix tic-tac-toe is played on a twenty by twenty matrix in a manner similar to ordinary tic-tac-toe. The player and the computer will alternately place a move at one of the matrix coordinates. Each will try to place five moves in a row to effect a win. The player will be able to define the playing strength of the program on a scale from 1 to 10. The player may let the program start playing -- or not.
