+ Migrate files in Schematics/ folder to Kicad 9
...
+ Correct all instances of "CONTROLLER SHIFT REGISTERS" in main schematic and files in Schematics/ folder to "CONTROLLER HEX BUFFERS"
+ Fix symbol issues caused by Kicad 6+ library and symbol name changes
+ Fix a few instances of net labels being connected to pins without a leading wire in all schematics (This is aesthetic, it looked bad)
