Catherine a5441bc00c fmt: FmtPart::{STRING→LITERAL},{CHARACTER→STRING}. ...

Before this commit, the `STRING` variant inserted a literal string;
the `CHARACTER` variant inserted a string. This commit renames them
to `LITERAL` and `STRING` respectively.
