Paul Mackerras 73cc5167ec Use FPU for division instructions if we have an FPU 
- Arrange for XER to be written for OE=1 forms
- Arrange for condition codes to be set for RC=1 forms
  (including correct handling for 32-bit mode)
- Don't instantiate the divider if we have an FPU.
