5fa4ab5cf4 support stealing the keyboard from the input layer 
this change uses an ioctl to disconnect the keyboard event device from
the input layer, meaning input no longer affects the pi and will
entirely be consumed by the pistorm emulator process.

f43d368ff2 use menu key (in addition to rmeta) for ramiga 
many pc keyboards omit right meta (windows) key since in windows it
serves the same functin as the left meta (windows) key.

eaf0b75ba9 Disable keyboard input for now 
Apparently termios performance is terrible. Should probably be in a thread non-blocked by the CPU emulation as well.
