This PDF should print out in exactly the right proportions to be used as an overlay for my ZX81+35 keyboard made from forty 6x6 mm buttons mounted on a perfboard, and hand wired, or on my Keyboard PCB. 
The circular holes in the middle of each key can be punched out, and will fit over the plungers of the keys
