Added Bob Polmanter's VTAM and JES2 patches 
the VTAM patch allows a MVS 3.8 TK4 (update 8) system under VM/370 to release the VTAM screen back to VM/370. 

the JES2 patch closes the spool after each job has run so that you can spool jobs from VM/370 to MVS and get the output back to VM/370.
