5ac0f15c32 Remove all redundant pod-inline occurrences of "=cut" 
Also care that there are always two blank lines before each "=head1"
(except behind "=head1 NAME").

f032178de9 Add new nameserver config option 
This optional config value is used in hooks to create domU resolv.conf.
If unset, domU's resolv.conf is created by the guest distrib install.
