Simplified 60-copy-host-files to only copy file(s) from the host
and install SSH (not gentoo yet).
This way we can move the /etc/passwd handling to a new file.
When setting up the new Gentoo system allow *all* users to 'su' to root.
This is pretty mandatory if you've copied accounts over, but root logins
are disabled.
