Frank Halasz 9a835b72d5 Fix Issue#2603: fix handling of the internal use only --ignore_lock command line argument to the loadup script. Was being processed correctly in loadup but then overridden by a reset in loadup-setup.sh. Removed the reset in loadup-setup.sh
