4dbbdba7d0 The dependencies.sh script is only for CI. 
Removed the text about dependencies.sh because it's only to aid
continuous integration builds.  We don't want the maintenance burden
of keeping this up to date for everyone's operating system release.

b467dcc16a CLU compiler verison 3.77, and runtime system. 
CLUDMP is the compiler, and is a normal ITS executable.  It has a
variety of commands documented in CLU ORDER, but normally just the
file name can be passed on the JCL.  The compiler emits an
intermediate CLUMAC file which is then assembled with MIDAS, leavning
a BIN file.  The BIN file is not a normal ITS binary, but has to be
loaded into the CLU runtime.

The CLUSYS directory has files needed to assemble CLUMAC files.  ALPHA
and OMEGA are inserted at the top and bottom, respectively.  ALPHA in
turn needs PASS1, TYPES, and COMMON.  It is not known how LOAD is
used, but it's also necessary in the compilation process.

TS CLUSYS is the runtime system.  The procedure "fload" accepts a
string specifying a file to be loaded.

It's an open question whether the two executables can be rebuilt from
source code found on the scattered ITS backups.

2067c0f749 Update build status badge. 
Remove Travis CI and GitLab CI badges.  Travis is increasingly
unreliable, and GitLab isn't visible when not logged in.

GitHub Actions is currently the best available CI service.

3cc1c13c38 Build script for Muddle and tools. 
The MDL 54/104 and 55/105 manuals give the name SYS:TS MDL for the
interpreter, and a comment in MAIN says it was TS MUDDLE, so install
links for both.

85994ed770 Added files to support building and running Macsyma. 
Resolves #284.

Commented out uses of time-origin in maxtul; mcldmp (init) until we
can figure out why it gives arithmetic overflows under the emulators.

Updated the expect script statements in build_macsyma_portion to not
attempt to match expected strings, but simply sleep for some time
since in some cases the matching appears not to work.
