13ea726d48 Run "Document EMACS" in EINIT to generate some documentation. 
Uses the ABSTR library to write EMACS CHART, EMACS WIDE, and EMACS DOC.

d68aae0339 Generate some EMACS libraries with IVORY. 
Except IVORY, there's also WORDAB and TMACS.  IVORY needs go be
generated with itself, so include the :EJ for bootstrapping.
