2840566e29 Improve MACSYMA build script. 
After typing (todo) or (todoi), wait for the string ") \r" to appear.
This signals the end of of a list printed right before reading new
input from the console.

0c9864e7e5 LIVE - Phil Budne's PALX Game of Life. 
Runs in 11SIM and SIMH 11/45 mode.  Uses VT52 escape codes, so use a
VT52 capable terminal emulator, or use the CRTSTY option SIMULATE VT52.

1092405cc8 CMD - DDT subroutines. 
To use this, add (CMDS) to the sname search list.  Then make a
translation from DSK: (CMDS); TS * to DSK: SYS3; TS CMD.  Add a file
<HSNAME>; <XUNAME> (CMDS) where each subroutine is one line for the
subroutine name, followed by a body of commands terminated by a ^_
control character.

3202d117e7 VERSA - Versatec/Gould printer spooler. 
This program reads files in several printable formats including ARDS,
XGP and PLT, and rasterises them for Versatec V80 and Gould 5200
printers, or as "Harvard scan" RLE bitmap files.

Normally it runs as a printer spooler, scanning the .GLPR. directory.
When invoked as VERSA, it runs in a test mode where it opens a fixed
series of files and displays them interactively using SUPDUP graphics.
The latter is more useful at the moment, so don't install the CHANNA
link by default.

fa46ff4e4c Place built image files in separate directories for each target. 
Also move generated CONFIG > and SYSHST > files from the "src"
directory to "out".

This facilitates parallel builds, and deploying image files.

3cc1c13c38 Build script for Muddle and tools. 
The MDL 54/104 and 55/105 manuals give the name SYS:TS MDL for the
interpreter, and a comment in MAIN says it was TS MUDDLE, so install
links for both.

6984267e18 Import RZ;FACTOR 26 source. 
Differences from AI's TS FACTOR:

- KL10 define to put the TEST inner loop code at 100 rather than in the
  registers -- ";;KL10 RUNS SLOWER IN ACS".

- Lookup table for commands, including uppercase and lowercase.

- A new "quit" command.

- Mixed-case messages.

- System calls modernised a bit; .CALL /OPEN/ rather than .SUSET/.OPEN,
  and not opening the TTY in DDT mode.
