PR Labels

Overall PR Status

These labels provide a bit more context beyond the draft/open/closed PR status

status-blocked: Status: Blocked on work done outside of this PR
status-bitrotted: Status: Broken by changes on main that require non-trivial changes to this PR
status-paused: Status: Unfinished, not actively worked on, PR author intends to continue PR in the future
status-abandoned: Status: Unfinished, not actively worked on
status-superseded: Status: Work continues in a different PR or was made redundant
status-needs-review: Status: Needs reviewers to move forward

These labels indicate when a PR is about to be merged, making it easier to prioritize additional reviews.

merge-soon: Merge: PR will be merged at the end of the next work day unless concerns are raised
merge-after-jf: Merge: PR will be merged after the next Dev JF unless concerns are raised
merge-before-release: Merge: PR should be included in the next release
merge-after-release: Merge: PR should not be included in the next release
