The bill of materials of the ZX81+38 contains information on which parts the ZX81+38 uses, and where you can buy them, either from farnell, or from mouser. Most passive components and such from farnell, but farnell no longer sells the Z80 CPU, but mouser does, as well al all other integrated circuits.
