53958a9021 Simple is better :) 
Maxam and Protext ROM extension are moved into another folder.
As it "game users" have a more understandable set of ROMs.

3def909e0a r004 is moved to experimental (it is a professional approach, not a gamer-user axed one) 
If an experimental version does unlock new games, it will became candidate and so VaultROM testable.

ac6eec11a5 ROMManager game test failed compared to r004 (FPGA compilation behaviour changing) 
As it was same functionality as r004, I delete this binary.
