5d67bc61e6 spi.c: use hardware-controller NPCS lines 
This has the advantage that the time between CS and the first SCK
is set by HW, and doesn't depend on the MCU speed

e76df4cb77 MMC: optimize multiple reads 
Allow the firmware to continue after a transfer is finished,
no need to wait until the SD Card is not busy.
Wait instead at the beginning of a new command.
