Richard Cornwell 9e308e97e9 IBM360: Many changes. Can now restore and run some DOS jobs. 
Card punch now startng to work. Need to fix translation table.
   Card reader moved sense to cdr_srv.
   LPR fixed to generate dos format output.
   DASD many cleanups.
