finalize lp11 and minor updates

Browse Source 
- RlinkServer: trace now with timestamp and selective
- Rw11CntlLP11: add fQueBusy and queue protection; fix logic; better trace
- test_lp11_all.tcl: check csr.err and csr.rlim not changed by breset
- rw11/asm.tcl: asmwait: allow alternate stop symbol
