wfjm ed5c8b7fc1 add cp -brf,-bwf; fix rblk handling for aborted transfers 
- RlinkCommand:
  - add BlockDoneAll()
  - Print(): use BlockDone() as length for rblk
- RlinkConnect: DecodeResponse(): rblk expect check over BlockDone
- RtclRlinkConnect: M_exec(): tranfer BlockDone values after rblk
- RtclRw11Cpu:
  - M_cp(): tranfer BlockDone values after rblk
  - add cp -brf and -bwf; add range checks for cp -wa
