- ibd_kw11l:
- add csr.ir (rem; as intreq monitor)
- csr only loc writable
- csr.moni can be cleared, but not set by loc write
- ibdr_{dl11,lp11,lp11_buf}: add rcsr.ir and xcsr.ir (intreq monitors)
- asm-11: print lines with errors to stderr unless -lst seen
