9a1cd96729 Adding two versions of HAKMEM. 
Setting date for HAKMEM 141 to be 1972-03-16.  Setting date for HAKMEM 17 to be 1971-01-01,
although this date is probably not correct, but we have no info to base its date on other than
that it was "before" 1972.

797a5af7a5 STELNT - old TELNET server. 
The binary was traditionally located in SYS;ATSIGN STELNT, where ITS
called upon it to serve ARPANET connections to socket 1.

0cebbf97db Boot ROM for downloading software from Chaosnet over Ethernet. 
The ROM is built with the default start address, which is 173000.

It appears PROM 50 is the old Maclisp PROM tool, and PROM 555 is a
newer version for Lisp machines.

0145d31ab8 Update instructions for reading and writing tapes.

827457f6f0 Rename EMACS PL1 library info file from PL1LIB to EPL1. 
This is for consistency with the EMACS info file, and also backup
records from AI show this renaming was done in 1979.  Curiously, the
old file name remained on MC and was later copied to the KS10 ITS
machines.
