esa11: user_io.c fix -> re-intialize SPI, make sure all other
...
devices which share SPI bus are disabled and
introduce a loop that retries core detection in user_io.c
Print in each retry obtained core version ID for easier troubleshooting.

esa11: Makefile fix -> explicitely use --std=gnu99
...
arm-gcc 4.9.3 on Debian will not compile without this.
Some commeted out ESA11 related lines for -DEMIST and
openocd interface.
